Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
If you enjoy having a a cocktail every now and then, leave your money at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you intend to spend on refreshments, tips and few dollars you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You can experience a profit after a drunken night out with your compatriots and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and wager. These activities just do not mix.
Leaving your cash out of the casino is a little dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is compulsory. If you wager to win, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your money without a worry, then drink all the no charge booze you are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk brain loses all the cash!
