There is an interesting history to the Cambodia casinos that reside just across the border from next door Thailand, in which casino gambling is not allowed. Eight gambling dens are based in a generally small location in the municipality of Poipet in Cambodia. Additionally, there is the Casino Tropicana, with 135 slot machines and 66 of the familiar gaming tables, as well as 1 table of Casino Stud Poker. Another one of the eight casinos in Poipet, also a part of a hotel, is the Princess Casino with 166 slots and 97 casino games.
